Assist and guide prospective students through the admission process.

Manage inbound and outbound calls to address queries and concerns.

Build strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

Meet recruitment targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in student counseling or call center roles (preferred).

Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Passion for education and helping students succeed.
