Responsibilities:

Maintain regulatory documentation & certification records

Ensure compliance with food safety and accreditation requirements

Coordinate & support for audits and uphold standards like GMP, HACCP, and FSQMS

Enhance food safety processes and manage product traceability

Provide compliance training and address food safety and quality challenges

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety & compliance

Education: At least Bachelor’s in Food Science & Technology / Food Engineering. Master’s degree will be an added advantage.

Competencies:

Strong planning and communication skills

Able to analyze data and maintain documentation

Knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 and HACCP Certification

Proficient in handling food safety audits

Location: Landhi, Karachi
