What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from a HEC recognized institute.

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Understanding of banking regulations and bank policies.

Proficiency in MS Office and good analytical skills.

Assist in providing oversight of Fair Treatment of Customers to the relevant management committee.

Ensure policy alignment as per SBP guidelines

Compile Conduct Assessment Framework results & maintain yearly profiles

Support in managing the relevant management committee affairs
